Any D&D creation, such as races, magic items, spells, monsters, subclasses, campaigns, etc. that is not in the official Dungeons and Dragons sourcebooks. As D&D is, at its core, a game of imagination, homebrew creations by dungeon masters and players are an important aspect of the versatility of the game, providing countless additional possibilities for game play.
